AUGMENT GLOBAL BRAND AMBASSADOR AGREEMENT

GENERAL TERMS

Brand Ambassador Rights and Obligations

Right to sell Augment Global products and services.
Right to enroll individuals in Augment Global.
If qualified, right to earn commissions per the Compensation Plan.

Presentation and Marketing Compliance

Must follow official Augment Global marketing guidelines.
Independent contractor status—responsible for personal expenses.
No employment relationship with Augment Global.

Agreement Terms & Amendments

Subject to Augment Global's Policies and Procedures and Compensation Plan.
Amendments will be posted and effective after 30 days.

Agreement Duration and Termination

Valid for one year, subject to renewal.
Termination leads to loss of rights, commissions, and downline structure.

Prohibitions & Ethical Conduct

No manipulation of marketing plans or unethical practices.
No unauthorized promotional material use.
Crossline Recruiting strictly prohibited—violators face suspension or termination.

Renewal & Compliance

Must renew authorization yearly.
Augment Global reserves the right to refuse renewal.

Legal Governance & Dispute Resolution

Governed by Thailand laws.
Disputes resolved via mediation/arbitration.

RETURN ASSURANCE CLAUSE

Augment Global agrees to provide a return to the Profit Center on a monthly basis, based on third-party service provider performance. While returns may fluctuate monthly, the cumulative return over the agreed period shall meet the committed return as specified in this agreement.

Returns are calculated based on actual performance and may vary.

The total return for the agreement term shall not fall below the agreed minimum return, ensuring alignment with the committed return.

If returns fall short, Augment will take corrective action to ensure fulfillment of the agreed target.

CROSSLINE RECRUITING TERMS

Crossline Recruiting is prohibited and subject to penalties.
Violators may face suspension, fines, or termination, depending on severity.

TERMINATION

Grounds for termination include:
Non-performance or contract violations.
Conviction, bankruptcy, or legal incompetence.
Defamation of Augment Global or its Ambassadors.

FORCE MAJEURE

Augment Global shall not be held liable for failures due to natural disasters, war, government actions, or other uncontrollable events.
